Madaula S.A. and Euro-Technics, Inc. are continuously expanding our range of live tooling options for the CNC lathe market. We have prepared tooling for, and have all turret and machine dimensions necessary for the production of live tooling for most major machine tool builders.

Live Tooling requirements vary from machine builder to machine builder, and also from machine model to machine model within a specific machine builder's range.

Live Tooling models are available with either standard ER-Collet System output spindles, or optionally are available with MODULAR CONNECTION output spindles.

Madaula Live Tooling is designed to specifically work within the machine's limitations, and to address the customer's requirements as well.

High precision ground helical gear system

Madaula heads are designed and manufactured in the "billet" style. This simply means that the bodies of each head are processed or manufactured from a single block of steel or high-tensile aluminum, providing the utmost strength and rigidity due to the integrity of the material being used, far more so in comparison with other manufacturers who use a casting process to produce the tool body.

Madaula tooling is hermetically sealed to prevent contamination to the drive gears and bearings. Tooling features heat-treated and precision ground spiral bevel gears, resulting in low noise and high load carrying capacities.

Coolant Thru Spindle Options
