MULTIFLEX VISE AND MULTIFLEX TOWERS

The GERARDI MULTIFLEX system utilizes a precision rail (base) with a 2mm spaced serrated face along the entire length of the rail. Fixed and Clamping Jaws can be mounted to the serrated face, and positioned within micro tolerances, providing a configuration capable of clamping multiple workpieces in one vise setup.

The systems starts with a single blocking jaw at the end of the vise rail. You then position the combination blocking/clamping jaw assemblies at the intervals required for your workpiece size. Setup is simple, and once your coordinates are set, you can reset the vise at any time, with repeatability of the setup within microns of your original measurements. Various jaw designs are available.
