Madaula heads are designed and manufactured in the "billet" style, which means that the bodies of each head are processed or manufactured from a single block of steel or high-tensile aluminum, providing the utmost strength and rigidity due to the integrity of the material being used, far more so in comparison with other manufacturers who use a casting process to produce the tool body.
Products include both standard product as well as custom designed product for special requirements. If you don't see what you need, please inquire about a custom designed unit.
All Madaula tooling is hermetically sealed to prevent contamination to the drive gears and bearings. Tooling features heat-treated and precision ground spiral bevel gears, resulting in low noise and high load carrying capacities.

High precision ground helical gear system.
Output shaft bearings are super precision angular contact bearings, class P4 (ABEC 7) rated for minimum runout and maximum rigidity.
Due to increased machine productivity from decreased setup and cycle times, these heads virtually pay for themselves in weeks.
